Command Responder (CR) is an information and management tool that greatly improves the effectiveness and speed with which managers and operators respond to emergency incidents, whether those incidents are military, civil, or forces of nature. CR facilitates the rapid sharing of time-sensitive information through a sophisticated software system that continuously monitors and analyzes information from a wide array of sources. As a “web-based consequence management tool”, CR can be remotely accessed by key management and government officials who are able to monitor, assess and direct activities regardless of their geographic locations.
